The TR6P is a 6” x8” capacity disc chipper with twin 8” knives on an ‘open top’ chipping disc, twin hydraulic feed roller producing unrelenting on crushing power, a 40hp gas engine under the hood and with AutoIntelligence ‘no-stress’ infeed control as standard making this a truly fast and aggressive performer.

At just 2650lbs lbs, 80cm wide and with expanding tracks which can tuck in under the machine for narrow access and expand for greater stability on uneven ground, the TR6P will access places many other machines can’t.

• FörstGrip feed roller system: Twin hydraulic horizontal feed roller system offering exceptional grip on timber. The large top feed lifts on an arc, climbing toward the timber rather than lifting straight up and down, this makes climbing butt ends exceptional. High tension due to twin heavy duty springs and a large bearings supporting either side of the top feed roller ensures strength and durability
• 'Open top' chipping disc: 2 x 8” blades mounted on an ‘open top’ chipping disc deliver a phenomenal chipping performance and chip quality and don’t allow for blockages anywhere on the disc or in the chipping chamber.
• AutoIntelligence control: A simple yet advanced electrical control system taking care of all the electrics on the machine. Historically electrics on plant and machinery are a troublesome – AutoIntelligence overcomes this with a completely water and vibration proof system designed and tested in the toughest environments. This system gives excellent usability and outstanding reliability, it will also make you aware when servicing is due and will recommend routine maintenance.
• 40HP V-Twin Gas engine: Hosting a 40hp briggs and Stratton vanguard gas engine, this machine produces a lot of power for a 6” chipper. It’s also very fuel efficient.
• Touch button feed control: Illuminated, heavy duty, touch pad, IP69 rated feed controls easily located on either side of the hopper make the machine easy to use. Feed rollers are also controlled by the traditional feed bar.
• Strength: No compromise in quality and strength - all fabrications are flanged and finished to a high standard
• Variable tracks: Variable width tracks as standard allow you to reduce the width to get through tight spots and expand the tracks for stability on rough terrain.
• Clear easy fill fuel tank: Clear easy fill 6.5 gallon fuel tank with large neck for all types of filling method.
• Variable feed roller speed: You can alter the feed roller speed to make the job quicker, and to make it most effective for the type of timber you are chipping. It will go fast!
• Easy access anvil: It’s as important to have a good anvil as it is to have sharp blades. The anvil on our chippers can be turned, or replaced, in a matter of minutes. It couldn’t be simpler
